The Bakery Products Unit possesses equipment to meet the bread needs of the people in Istanbul in emergencies and in all kinds of times of need. In this unit, where all kinds of bakery products and desserts are prepared for IMM staff and social facilities and which have a capacity to process 1 ton of dough daily, prepares 3,000 pizzas, 6,000 pastrami puff pastries, and 5,000 Turkish spring rolls for social facilities.
