Fast and Reliable Lab Analyses

The Logistics Support Center established its own Molecular Analysis Lab for realizing the microbiology and molecular biotechnology-based analyses of the food specified in the “Turkish Food Codex” in a fast and reliable way. It is planned to accredit the lab, which daily presents the results of microbiological analyses of the menus before service, in 15 different parameters.
