The Meat Integrity Unit is the unit where meats consumed in IMM and the Social Facilities are controlled by veterinary surgeons. The meats and meat products preserved in hygienic conditions are divided into portions in this unit. Having a capacity for processing 5 tonnes of meat daily, 33 tonnes of meat a month is controlled and processed for personnel and 31 tonnes of meat is controlled and processed for social facilities by veterinaries.
