Located in a recreation area of 100 dunam surrounded by a stunning view of Istanbul and natural beauty in Sancaktepe, the Safa Hill Social Facility was opened by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality in 2015.

Including a restaurant of 380 m², an observation deck of 1,300 m², and 2 kiosks of 26 m², as well as having a capacity to host a total of 600 people, the Safa Hill Social Facility is surrounded by basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts, walking tracks, and playgrounds.
